How we handle your email.

Who we are

Soulair is made by Luca Mazzi. Write to hello@soulair.app about anything on this page.

What we store

Once you confirm: your email address, the date you signed up, and the date you confirmed. Nothing else is on the list.

Before you confirm, you are not on the list: when you submit the form we send you a confirmation email, and your address is added only when you press Confirm. Our email server keeps a standard delivery record of the emails it sends, including that confirmation email. To limit abuse, we keep a one-way, keyed fingerprint of your address for up to two days; it can't be read back as your email.

Why

To email you when Soulair opens, with launch news, and only about Soulair. We do this because you asked and confirmed, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who handles it for us

Emails are sent by our own email server, which delivers them through Amazon SES in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). The website and this form run on Cloudflare Pages. We do not sell or share your address, and our emails carry no tracking pixels.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after Soulair launches, whichever comes first. Then your address is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Write to privacy@soulair.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
